Nothing special this week, just a 'need to use up the bananas' recipe. The cake sponge was average but the icing was super tasty.
I didn't have much butter so I used a quick and easy cheat icing which uses milk instead.
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons soft butter
2 tablespoons milk
and then I couldn't resist finishing it off with lots and lots of sprinkles.
